The post ピーチパイン first appeared on 丸友中部青果.]]> 正式には「ソフトタッチ」という品種で沖縄県で生まれ、平成11年に品種登録された新しい品種です。
別名「ミルクパイン」、「クリームパイン」とも呼ばれます。
スナックパインとほぼ同じサイズで、小ぶりな大きさのパイナップルです。
表皮は追熟すると黄色から濃いピンク色に変わり、とても甘い香りがします。
果肉は白っぽくやわらかで、芯まで食べられます。
完熟させるとより一層甘みが増します。
