The post 銀杏 first appeared on 丸友中部青果.]]> 銀杏（いちょう）の樹になる実の胚乳種の部分を銀杏（ぎんなん）と言い、食します。
殻つきのままだと長く保存できます。
殻が硬いので、叩いたり、ペンチなどの道具を使って割って出します。
薄皮がついていて食べることは出来ますが、大抵は剥いて黄緑色の種だけを食べます。
種を取り出したものは、冷凍して保存することも出来ます。
串に差して焼いたり、炒め物や炊き込みご飯、茶わん蒸しなどの具材として調理されます。
