The post 雪姫茸 (バイリング) first appeared on 丸友中部青果.]]> バイリングと呼ばれる中国原産の大型きのこです。フランス及び中国のモンゴル、新彊ウイグル地区の原野に自生し、エリンギに近い仲間ですが、その味はクセがなく肉質のきめ細かさと歯ごたえから「神の茸」・「陸のアワビ」と称され、現地では大変珍重されています。
南信州飯田では『雪姫茸』と命名し、販売を始めました。
