The post 幸水梨 first appeared on 丸友中部青果.]]> 日本梨（和梨）は、大きく分けて『赤梨』と『青梨』に大別されますが、赤梨の中でも最も栽培されているのが、この幸水梨です。お尻の部分が大きくへこんでいるのが特徴と言えます。やわらかい果肉には果汁がたっぷり含まれ、ひと口食べると強い甘みが広がります。
日本梨は、『水梨』というくらいなので、成分の9割近くは水分なので栄養価の高い果物とは言えないのですが、食物繊維・カリウムなどが含まれています。解熱作用・口渇きやのどの痛みの緩和、二日酔い・利尿作用もある一方、体を冷やす働きがあります。

形や果肉はバートレットと同じですが、果皮が赤く色づきます。
食べごろになるとリンゴに似た良い香りがしてきます。
味わいは他の洋梨と変わりませんが、甘みに加えて程よい酸味があり爽やかな後味です。
