「いちょういも」は扁平な形が銀杏の葉に似ています。
群馬県太田市尾島地区は、古くから日本有数の「大和芋」の名産地です。
利根川の恵みによって育まれた肥沃な大地で、粘りの強い芋が収穫されています。
長芋より粘りが強く濃厚な味わいで、きめ細かいのが特徴です。
